The night was over,
yet he continues to knock on her door.
A part of her knows better,
while another silently craves for more.
"What's gotten into you?"
they would all question in dismay.
Even to her, this is all something new.
Her comfort zone's gone under a threat;
her sanity's about to fly away.
He's one of a kind;
she's known that from the very start.
Will she still be able to draw the line,
once he knows a way or two around her heart?
"I worry that this may land you in trouble,"
one of them said.
"You're still as gullible as a little girl.
What if things go bad?"
Now where will she go from here?
He has tapped into her emotions and sparked something within,
yet at the same time, she's overcome by this sensible fear
that soon he'll fly off somewhere
once she has fallen for him.
"You'll get through this,"
they promised her.
"Think of this as temporary bliss."
But at the thought of him, somehow her heart has grown fonder.
Perhaps some attractions are only meant for distractions.
Still, his world has already collided with hers.
Has order always been a mere illusion?
Now her mind is swimming in this absolute chaos.
Two people from two very different worlds:

She silently battles her own emotional swirl,
waiting for anything - anyone - to help her to chase away all her doubts.
