There’s nothing wrong with this digital era. I’m not going to blame this on it, unlike some of the older generations. (No offense, though.)

I’ve got the benefits from this too. (Like my freelance writing and translating opportunities.) It’s always the people. Some are just like that, no matter what. Call it a ‘user behaviour’.

I’ve heard complaints from some of the older generations about millennials lacking patience nowadays. They’re so used to getting anything so fast. They forget to appreciate the process. They become less empathetic to slow-pokes. Lazy? Perhaps not really. They just want the quick fix for almost everything. No time to wait. Lots to do.

Can anyone blame them? Does it even matter? They were born into this era. It’s different. Everything goes super fast, which somehow causes stress – especially to those not used to it.
It’s true that some things can have a quick fix to solve them. We need that.

However, not everything else requires the same thing. Some things take a while. They don’t heal overnight.

Nobody should ever force you to move on straight away. You’re the only one who can. You make the choice when, where, and how you want to do it.

However, you realise that you still need to make that happen soon. The clock is ticking. The world never waits on you or anyone.

It’s all in your hands. The quick fix is still a matter of ‘when’.
