Isn't life peachy,
if you never take it seriously?
You waltz in like a (so-called) diva,
expecting all to gaze at you in awe.
Wouldn't it be amazing
if you could remain a queen?
You could keep the throne,
even if you had to stand alone.
Who are your friends?
How long can they all pretend?
Before you know it,
you'll end up lonely
once you're hit by reality.
Life isn't always a party.
Nothing is really free.
You've gone so far
just to be a star.
You have to stay in the spotlight,
even if it means another unfair fight.
Well, you know what?
You're not always all that.
Soon your time is up.
Soon you're no longer on top.
After your party's over,
can you still recognize
who you truly are?
