1.You want to be - and feel - much healthier and happier.(Yeah, don't we all?)

2.You get sick a lot that it costs you your precious,supposedly productive days. (Instead, you spend more time in bed due to that 'supposedly'manageable illness.)

3.The last time you fell ill and unconscious, people couldn't carry you. (Even if they had been well-trained, professional EMTs - your weight would surely crack their stretcher in two!) Haven't you had much humiliation already?

4.Some people who claim to love you seemed much happier with you when you used to be much...slimmer. Now they can't seem to stop bringing up the weight issue everytime you fall ill - or have trouble trying on new clothes.

5.Everytime you look at your reflection in the mirror, you often feel like crying or punching something.

6.When it comes to taking pictures, you don't want people to take full shots of you. Head shots only, please.

7.Of course, there are people who worry about you too, but they remain nice - knowing that, according to some people, this is a very,very sensitive topic to you. In fact, they're kind enough to use the word 'chubby' or 'plump' - instead of...umm, 'f-a-t'.

8.Some realists are blunt enough by telling you straight in the face that you're in complete denial.

9.You're afraid that you might end up with serious complications in old age, like stroke - just like your father.

10.You're writing this entry and holding back some serious urge to slap your own face at the same time. Why? Because - once again - you're trying hard not to cry.
